I am a supporter here...

Any advice from the melatonin users?? I've seen on here some of you take upwards of 7, 8 and 9 mgs to get a full night sleep?? I used to take 2mg for jetlag when I travelled alot. Knocked me out.  I have questions. Anything will help...

Do you still wake in the middle of the night with an attack?
Stronger than 'normal' headaches the next day?
Rebound headaches from the full night sleep?

My guy takes Zomig 2.5mgs and O2... some (not too much) caffine durring the day.
I thank you for any advice you have on this topic. I am soaking up any info I can get my hands on.
