Although we are extremely excited to read the article published by Professor Goadsby, but because of the profound respect we have for Professor Goadsby, we will not be publishing his article here until after it is published in Jama, which I believe is tomorrow.

I would hate to publish his works before he even gets a chance to present them himself.  If you have a copy of the article please refrain from posting it in our forum until THURSDAY!
