You don't need lemon juice. It just makes it a little more palatable. One-half to one teaspoon in two ounces of seed slurry, I've heard.

I'm a sludge kinda guy - I just gulp it down and chew the finely ground remains - no flavors added.

So, do seeds fall into that category my mother used to speak of - the group of foods that must be eaten because they put hair on your chest? ;D

Grind them fine gel cap the stuff, knock them back with a slug of ditch.

I always wondered that, too. What if my brother and I were girls? We wouldn't want that nasty stuff on our chest.
