I've heard of those and they sure sound especially cruel.

I don't know about Mayo neurology specifically, but they sure are the leading institution for so many other ailments, so one can certainly hope...

Have ya tried High liter flow non rebreather O2? Details found in the "oxygen info" on the left of this forum page. This has been wildly successful for so many here, and who knows, it might even work better for you than anything Mayo has to dish out...?
