i hear the term "peak of cycle" and was wondering when, if , how, one knows when they are at "peak"? all in put it so important so I dont want to keep any stone unturned! thanks all!

For me it's usually begins around the 4th week of a cycle and usually lasts 3 to 4 weeks with a hit count of 7 to 10 daily.

Individual variation rules! There are no real signs of a cycle ending. I can only tell when I'm aware of a clear head, signaling the end, but i could never tell that it was running down, like some unwound clock.

I felt that I had peaks and valleys throughout my cycle, but then I went for 6 months instead of the usual 3, so Dunno. 
   Bob you are so right.   Seems my cycle ended on Dec 29th . no rhyme or reason, just wake one day, and its gone. :-?
