just need to vent! wake up once again knowing that the "beast" is still lingering in my head! U all know the feeling! just difficult when in cycle to not anticipate the end of cycle! just want my life back been taking all the right steps during this cycle and thats what its all about iguess! i own a hair salon in nyc and also am a stylist at my salon, i couldnt imagine working during a cycle! fortunately I can take a bit of time off of work but again want my life back! thanks for listening all!

Anthony keep your head up my friend!  Remission sometimes comes when you least expect it.  If you're getting hit at night, start taking the Melatonin for a good nights rest.  Rest is super duper important.
