Title: Adjusting cluster times
Post by Versilleus on Jan 15th, 2010 at 6:37am
Has anyone managed to do this? My daily cycle includes 4 attacks at fairly precise times. Not including compounding cycles of course. It has been like this for years. Even after spending time at UBC sleep disorder clinic to 'reset' my internal clock. Nothing seems to work.

Does anyone know of research tied specifically to clusters and the relation to the circadian rhythm. Is there a way to manipulate attack times?

not as far as I could tell.   Damn beast is random, and consistant at the same darn time!

Wouldn't it be great though if we could dictate the time of day it would come....what time would you pick?

Too be honest I hadn't given it too much thought. Just wanted to see if I could get out of the 12 hour cycle . 1 & 3 am/pm . Maybe merge the 2 am & pm so I only have to deal with one during the day and the other for the night.
