ever wonder if being the "ground hog day" ground hog in the ground hog society is held in high regard? only have to work 1 day a year and get fed good and pampered the rest of the year. this ground hog probably aspired his whole life to get this kinda status and some stupid trerps from PETA wanna replace him with a robot? i'll bet he's pissed! Ask Phil. He's probably the best fed creature anywhere near Punxsutawney.  ::)

Checked annually by "state", not a certified vet?
I'd like to know more about where it's kept, what it's fed, breeding techniques, etc.   PETA can get a bit out of hand sometimes, but it's for good reasons.  Other than that, the groundhog is probably tired of the stupid tradition anyway.  MY opinion, of course.

Have a nice day.  8-)
