I forgot my old password ,created a new account,its been 2 years and they are back,, started back on VERAPAMIL yesterday,,haven't had to take a shot yet ,,beating the shadows with a can of soda but they are getting stronger.
See my Nero next week , I can 't believe the depression upon the 1st shadow ,,said to my wife I can't do this again...but will.

any new meds out there helping? I never tried O2,,,typically go on Verap 240mg  ,,,never tried any higher and use my Imitrex(getting 2 shots out of 1).
I just hope the Verap can kill the cycle before it really starts,,I'll go to sleep soon but know I'll be up at 1:30 going for coffee or soda or redbull and praying that kills it before the beast breaks thru ....sorry for the ramble ,,just depressed

Sorry you're gettin slammed!  Read the O2 info tab highlighted in yellow on the left side of the page, print it off and take it to your neuro!  You need a script for at least 15lpm with a non rebreather mask.  It has been a lifesaver for me and many others on the board.

I hear you, just finished an almost 2 year remission....that clang feeling in the pit of your stomach when you realize the bastard hasn't lost your address.....the wifey saying "uh oh....honey your eye is droopy!!!"

Do look into the oxygen. A high flow regulator, at least 15 LPM, and a non re breather mask. Get huffing as soon as you feel the beasts claws, I can beat it back in 6-8 minutes.
