Title: Exercise Post by cavalier on Feb 22nd, 2010 at 9:39pm
Tomorrow will be my first session of controlled exercise at the hospital.
Not sure what to expect, they have told me that it will be a gradual increase in tempo. My concern is what to wear. Shall I wear the turquoise or the shocking pink trainers? I did think about wearing the leotard with the very nice heart motif. I’m sorry can’t keep up the pretence anymore…. I like …Black… B… L… A…C…K……yes that’s right B.L.A.C.K Skull and cross bones, death with a bloodied dagger. In my youth …I was a … nearly prospect of the local…. Shhhh , I could get … Anyway Big leather boots, leather trousers and leather jacket won’t help on the treadmill. I have got a nice pair of suede slippers, wonder if they’ll do. Wish me luck. Hope there’s some nice looking nurses. Then again don’t want to try an impress to much or I’ll have another heart attack. |

That one would have made sense! I saw your normal style, then the post that responded to caught my attention - but no one said anything...... How long ago was it? Is your long term prognosis good? Inquiring minds want to know. |

Colin,
I just went back and looked at your previous posts - which I missed.........scary stuff from my perspective - even more so from yours I would imagine. Really glad to hear you are doing well now. Your posts have been flowing again. Must be the stents. Best, Marc |

Hope you do well.
I cannot fathom the day any sexual activity will harm me. I mean, what else is there, but donuts? Glad to see you have a sense of humor after that scare. Langa |

Are we talking Ones with a hole, jam, custard never heard of em.
And as far as Scones, Is it Scones or Scons, this is a perpectual argument over here. Both have the same spelling (scones) but are pronounced differently dependant on the area you live in... SCONE as in stone or SCONE as in none. (Posh or not so posh) you make your own mind up which is either You can tell at lot from those eating Scones or Scones. Personally, with Jam, clotted cream and a cup of tea... Luvellllyyy |
