I just read an article in Neurology Now on clusterheadaches.  It describes in detail eposodic ch.  It does not mention chronic ch at all.  However the article is about a study done using oxygen in London and in San Francisco.  It says that at a high flo rate of 15lpm is 78 percent effective after 15 min. use.  It was 20 percent effective with the placebo.  The study was published and because of that it says that insurance companies will now have to pay for oxygen use for ch because it has been proven to help.  Cant wait to see if that holds true.  You may be able to find the article at START PRINTPAGEMultimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to or END PRINTPAGE.

That's about the same result as the older study.

The old study showed a 70 something % effective rate with a mix or male and female test subjects.

The results for men were much, much higher.
