Whadda handsome shiney hound George! Noogies on me.....and I'm thinkin if the fire went out, you could sleep quite comfortably under THOSE ears..... :o

He's a "she". ;)

Penny's six and a half months old now. Right around 65 or 70 pounds.

Your growing girl has a lot more bonding to look forward to with you this warm season in the Idaho outdoors. Juuuust sitting around waitin'. :)

Shortly we'll figure out whether or not she can go fishing with me. Some dogs can, some can't. No way to fix it if they can't that I've ever found. My old Lab was beyond redemption. ::)

Healthy hounds have a lot of oil in their coats. Makes the black ones really shiny, but gives them a "hound" odor in addition to the usual doggy smell. Some people like the smell, but others don't.

I happen to like it.
