Today is one important day for us, as Esa and I will be headed to bank and discuss our loans for our appartment.

Esa has owned appartments before, so it's nothing new to him, but this is the first time for me. I'm excited, though. Two months from now and we will be (hopefully) done with all the painting we'll need to do! :)

Can't wait... :)

Yesterday went well. :)

Helen, we went to Esa's place and had a nice dinner afterwards - chicken with herb sauce and side salad. And we took a nice, long walk - it was a georgeous day - and talked about the things we're planning to do at our place.

TommyA, I've read that our banks should be in good condition and the one we chose is one of the best. I've been their customer for a long time, which means that mortgage rates are the minimum for us. Loyalty counts! :)
