There is an email going around that looks like the following:

Then you need to open iTunes. Once you verify your account, $50.00 will be credited to your account, so you can start buying music, games, video  right away.

The email has a ZIP file attached that contains a executable file that will install spyware on your PC if you run it.
Please if you receive an email like this delete it right away. iTunes would not send you a gift certificate in the form of a program file like this nor would they send a text only email this plain.

Please do not be fooled by such emails.
