Going quite well. Hanging out with smoking people is a little bothersome at the moment. I'm sure I'll get over that soon enough though. About time for some coffee. Cafe Breve anyone?

Good for you! It does get easier (at least until somebody really pisses you off and you go to reach for a cigarette).
Just remember, the physical cravings are gone now (gone after 72 hours), it's just your head that is trying to convince you that you need one. Smoke free for over 5 years now and don't regret it at all. Carolyn |
