Dear family,

My cousin Jayna is in WI from CA right now to celebrate her engagement, my other cousins university graduations and for my grandparents arrival from Texas.

Last night, her mother, was killed in a car accident.  I would be so very appreciative if you could offer your thoughts and prayers to her during, what I know is, an extremely difficult time.

Terrible news for her during this occasioned visit.  My sympathies for her loss, Mel.

What a horrible time she must be having right now.  An occasion which is supposed to be so happy..

Even though she and my dad's brother have been divorced for man years, she is still my aunt. :'(

I read that on our local tv channels internet site just a few moments ago before I read your post here.  I am so sorry for your families loss.  I will be praying for your family to get through this difficult time.  May you all find comfort and peace at this time, Karla

Thank you again everyone.  I won't be able to make it to the visitation and funeral, but I'll be calling down for flowers this morning.  She's handling it pretty well, and it reminds me of what I went through when my mom died.  We are both only children and she has sole responsibility of all arrangements just like I had.  It's tough, but at least I know she'll be alright.

Keep those prayers and thoughts coming as today (police, insurance, etc.) tomorrow (visitation) and Thursday (funeral) will be the toughest.
