Hello,

I have just emailed a copy of this letter to my lecturer at university so that she will understand the hell I'm going through at the moment.

After sending it on I had a look at the links posted at the end and noticed that nearly all of these are out of date - the only ones that seem to get you to the right spot are here and the Ouch website.

I wonder if there is any chance of updating the links??
