It occurred to me I haven't let all you good folks who have been so kind and helpful know I am still in a remission-at least, it's a remission of sorts. I still get hit with shadows but for the past 5 weeks, after being daily for 3 years, no major hits. I have no idea why, but I ain't complainin'. Thanks all ya'll for your support and prayers.
