Well there I was thinking that maybe, just maybe my cycle was over.... nearly a week pf.  But then this morning at 4am I got hit again. 

You know I realise that there is no cure for CH but I have certainly found the cure for the dread and fear associated with CH.  This morning I managed to abort the hit with 02 in about 10mins.  Woo hoo!  I don't know what I'm doing differently, but it's working.

Normally during cycle I tend to stay up all night in order to avoid the hits - always been a night time sufferer - but now, knowing that I can abort so easily - I just might start going to bed a little earlier.

Life is good, this place rocks.  Thanks everyone!!

Congratulations, Kate. I also was getting up after the first 1AM hit, and staying awake in order to head off the next hit which for me usually came around 3AM. Work at night, sleep during the day. I began to feel like an anemic vampire! Never seeing the sun and feeling tired all of the time. O2 does indeed rock-and just for the heck of it, I want to plug demand flow valves. They really do cut down on the amount of O2 wasted between intake breaths. God bless!

02 is my best friend!!! Glad it is working so well for you, I hate it when the beast goes away for a week and then says surprise in the middle of the night, it is so disappointing.

If 02 works, it can honestly be life changing.  Of course you cant make a rookie level mistake like I did today and get caught at work with an empty tank.  Though the tank does come in handy to bang your head against. 

Sadly Birdman...that is not exclusively a rookie mistake! Many a grizzled vet has been suprised by a zero reading on the guage!!! ;)

howdy yall. I don't know how the medical o2 works as far as having to rent tanks and what not, but I found a place on ebay that sells the steal E tanks with an in date hydro test, and a new valve for $19.99 free shipping. i got my two in the mail today. They have as many as you want. They have a ebay store too. GTS WELCO  I had to do this because I fill my tanks at home. no RX.

O2 gave me my life back also.  I difinately would have committed suicide by now without it.
