We are in desperate need of medical insurance. Most people I know are. Our kids are covered by the state, but we aren't. I know that underlying medical issues can play a huge role in the monthly premiums.
Does anyone know if cluster headaches will raise those rates? Does anyone know of a good insurance company that won't charge outrageous monthly rates? |

There are so many insurance companies that you could spend your life surveying them. Look for "insurance agents" in your Yellow Pages and locate one or more who represent a number of companies. They are in a better position to know/scan for coverage.

I haven't been keeping up on all the political news lately. I will look into that, though.
I will check the link out, thanks! |

Actually there are no changes in the pre-exisitng coverage this year (or next from what I can see). "The requirement to cover people with pre-existing conditions doesn't kick in until 2014. Until then, a new high-risk pool will offer coverage to uninsured people with pre-existing medical problems." |
