Beautiful video of country I have always wanted to visit. Norway is definitely in my top ten of places I want to visit.

I'd love to play, Linda, but it's mid-winter here and simply too cold to type. Daytime temperatures have been plummeting to just 28C (82f in the old money) and just this morning I had to put on a shirt before opening the fridge for breakfast.

Time to move further north, I think.

We've some beauty of summering out of town in Michigan that I enjoy at an upper-woods cottage, pleasing pictures I'm unable to display. A hefty work schedule keeps me in the city, one scarred by strife. A former mayor, aleady fittingly jailed after lying his way through has another 19 counts uncovered involving a huge sum of money, finally also. He should be cleaning streets for minimum wage to pay off the abuse.

Anyway, it all makes the escape of getting away so much more enjoyable.

so alternatively...

Here's a city monument that was commissioned, initially controversial, but with an art museum now struggling badly to survive, stands to remind what being on the receiving end of nation-inspiring skill and class built from hardship once looked like when faced. Happened once.

Though a departure from the theme here, just thought it something to show those involved in CH. In some ways, it still can be something in the back of the mind about all this. The beauty of each of your areas has been very inspiring.

All I did was google "Kentucky tourism videos" and picked the one I liked best. Every state has their own, I would imagine.
