Leaving tomorrow for Asheville NC for a few days, then heading up to Quantico VA for my son Rob's Marine Corps OCS graduation on Saturday the 14th. I've been looking forward to this trip for a while! My job ended just at the right time! :D Then when I get back I have to start my new job. I asked God for the job to come to me, and not me have to go find it, and two came to me, so I got to choose! I'm blessed, and that is for sure! Anyhow, I probably won't be around much the next 10 days. I'll try to check in when I can. Anyone in the Asheville area wants to get together for coffee or something drop me a PM or call me. I'd love to get together.

And having a choice of two jobs is a great problem to having in the current economic climate too.

A job waiting, time off, travel, hanging out at Quantico with Marines, and your son's graduation. Ya put it all together great, Jerry. Couldn't be better. :)

When I read your description of working your butt off.... til the last minute...while leaving a job not by choice...well, that's class...and CLASS WILL OUT!

Thanks Jon and Johnny for the nice words, but it wa different. I didn't take that job for a job. Already had one. I took it as a chance of ministry within my church and the school. If it had been a job I would have quit a long time ago! But as a ministry I'm really going to miss it.
