Just wanted to thank each and everyone of you for the support the last few weeks. I have now been PF for a week and a half and I owe it all to you folks. The Melatornin you suggested has worked awsome for me,the Red Bull trick again awsome. You have giving me info my doctor was clueless about (and he is a good doctor) I say good becuse he has taken to heart all the things I have learned here and he also visited the site and was very impressed.


I will continue to log in every day to see how all of you are doing and to ad what little advice I can. I am sure my cycle will return again as it has for the last several years but for now I wiil enjoy every second of PF time.

You damned well better. That's one of the biggest objectives of this site - to teach each of us that there are some truly wonderful things life has to offer.

Don't go far - help a noob.

Glad you are PF, and especially glad you want to stick around while PF.  You will learn a lot during this time to prepare you more fully for the next go-round.  To often people want to forget about CH while PF, and while I don't blame them, they then come back all in a panic next go-round not knowing what to do.  Then they have to try to play catch-up WHILE in pain instead of having their defenses in place to start at the beginning before it gets bad.

Also, as you are learning you will be able to encourage other newbies who come looking for help.

Best thing you can do is stick around and help the next noob that's losing hope.  Offer your story and your compassion as a ray of hope.  Sometimes it's all that's needed.

Terrific news and I hope you're PF for the next 700 years. It's great that your doctor took the time to look around here too.....poor guy......

Enjoy your life Mike, and if you hang around, even better.  YOU might just be the one to type a black squiggle on a computer screen that changes or saves a person's life - and who knows how far that could go :)

I believe it was the Carver's who saved and raised a nearly dead infant boy whom Susan Carver, even knowing the boys mother already dead, had managed to bargain the infant back after a raid on local farms -  an infant by the name of George Washington....

And a butterfly flapped it's wings.
