Oh, I feel your cold plague infested aggravation Katherine!!  I've had a cold for 3 weeks now and it's turned into the mother of all sinus infections...going to Doc today, if I can get in (crossing fingers).  I had to call off work today due to 102 fever and lack of sleep caused by not being able to friggin breath!  >:(

Hope you feel better soon!!   [smiley=hug.gif]

P.S.
Update: just called Dr. Office got appointment for 2:30pm today WHEW!!

And for all of you "getting colds" we have a freaking whooping cough epidemic in southern California right now. At last count we had about 600 cases with 9 babies dead so far. All these anti vaccine twits out here.....sigh..... :'(.....something to keep in mind if you're near or have been near the area recently.

Oh no Ginger!  Hope you just have a sinus infection & not something like pneumonia...  high fever & trouble breathing are not good.

We have a whooping cough outbreak here in Iowa too.  I didn't understand the symptoms in adults, I'm actually pretty sure I had whooping cough two years ago.  And I've been vaccinated.

Just got back from the Docs with Sinus Infection Killer Meds!!!  Time to kick some sinusitis A$$!!

Dear Sinus Infection: you didn't inform me prior to your visit, you have left in your wake copious amounts of used tissues, tissue boxes, garbage bags and thermometer temp readings of 102 or greater, you were an uninvited guest and are hereby evicted!

No Whooping cough or pneumonia here, just a sever case of Sinusitis and Eustachian tube dysfunction (tubes in ears blowing bubbles).   ::)

Sorry you are suffering from a cold.  We have some whooping cough cases here also in WI.  I worry about my son because he has had only one pertusis shot in his life.  He quit breathing after it and they said he was allergic to the pertusis part of the shot so after that he just got the dt(dyptheria/tetnus) shot.  So he could get infected.  I just pray he is not exposed.
