I had the great honor to marry off another daughter on Sunday. Pics are beginning to roll in so I thought I'd share one.

Brigette was stunning. Her man Cory is a good add to the family. This papa couldn't be happier.

Though I could use a year off. Four weddings in four years is enough 8-)

You keep coming up with these girls getting flowers that just don't say enough about, the guys want commitment of gold meaning with the "I do."

Kaelie is doing very well. She's coming up on 20 months. Tall and thin like her Mom. She's talking now so Andrea and I have our names: Mimi and Papa. We always said whatever came out of her mouth would work for us 8-)

Marry them off and then they give you grandbabies,my kids gave me 12 grandbabies so far.STOP!!!! I told my one daughter I was going to tie her ankles together. ;D I just paid off my Toys-R-Us charge from last X-Mas. ;D And Im only 53 years old..

O.K. The reason I asked is because, unless ettiquette has changed recently.. the brides parent usually pays for the weddings. If you have 5 sons..well, maybe you won't have to mortgage your house more than 5 times.

Is that where the saying "A son is a son, til he takes him a wife, a daughter's a daughter, all of her life" comes from? Besides the pocket book, I've always been told there is a considerable difference, and mine are a few years off from that step (at least they better be...)
