European program, EUROPLAN, will promote the organization of conferences in each country with stakeholders in 15 European countries on the creation of National Action Plans for Rare Diseases. The aim is to involve all stakeholders in the issue of Rare Diseases: State Workers, patients and families, representatives of National Associations of Rare Diseases and patients' associations, scientists, academics, experts carers, nurses and social workers and all concerned. Inclusiveness is essential and very important to the supply of knowledge, experience and new ideas to help create an integrated program of the Action Plan for Rare Diseases

of course these dates are only for the greek conference but thought to share with you to raise awareness since i pressume logically that similar conferences might be held in other eu countries too maybe around same dates(maybe?) in case someone wants to attend them.
