Title: Winter.
Post by George on Nov 8th, 2010 at 5:03pm
EJ just returned from a sojourn to south Boise and the east end of the valley, and she reports that winter is perched over the Owyhee Mountains and the Boise Front.  I picture something like Snoopy pretending to be a vulture.

I don't know why I'm griping--I imagine Potter's already gotten winter.

Best,

George

28 degrees on my thermometer this morning in western New York but by the time I got off the bus it was about 44. Winter is indeed peeking around the corner here. No more than a flake or two of snow so far. START PRINTPAGEMultimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or RegisterEND PRINTPAGE

Still, for whatever reason, I feel better in cold weather. It's not the humidity but something else....I know not what.

bundle up kids.

Shucks, we were down in the low 30's Saturday morning, but it's supposed to be close to 80 by midweek.

Yep, you are probably right there.  I still remember the year it snowed in July when I lived in Helena Mt.

Bundle up Potter!  ;)

Send some cold weather this way please. It'll help give me some relief from hay fever which seems to have come a lot earlier than normal this spring.
