Last night had to go it with no O2/imitrex, etc. while waiting for neuro. Tues night was absolute nightmare--3 hits with severe pain at onset on 15 mg melatonin. Wed night took 9 mg melatonin and 3 benadryl. 80% improvement--2 mild hits much later in sleep cycle. Difference of night and day. Felt SOOO much better the next day. Thought it was worth mentioning. Helped me through the night.

Many of us use Melatonin for the night-time hits.
