setting myself up for a fall ...maybe...well yes....
yesterday i almost convinced myself my cycle was commin to an end for some fd up reason......
untill i was woken up at around 6 am this morning with the worst pain yet i think ...the time length was a hell of a lot shorter than normal but it felt more intense at the same time
latsing around 30 mins in total
....went downstairs to avoid detection ....and yes i preffer dark rooms i dont know why but the light ,sound,and sadly people iritate me to the highest degree .......
so i have learnt a valuble lesson ..you cant read into or determin anything you know nothing about...
when u think they cant get anyworse they do ...and its not always the lengh of time that are the worst ones its the intensity of the pain that can drive you
i remember as i was in it this mornin i was gettin visions to do harm to myself the option is always there when caught in a episode and so easy to carry out
......but dont worry i didnt
im just sayin the craziest thoughts go through ur mind well not thoughts but visions or is visions even the right word im not sure...anyway....to all i wish you PF days and nights

sometimes those hard hits are like the death throws from the beast. i get a similar reaction when i bust.

i like dark rooms too. cant stand the light when i get hit

I am the same, no light, no strong smells, I even like it quiet... wish I could keep still but its really hard.  Have a long hose on my O2 mask which helps.

Hope they end soon.

Adam, How long had it been since you had a hit before you got to thinking it was over???

Johnny is correct that the hardest hits are sometimes the beast in the last throes...but not always.  If you have learned anything by being here and reading you will know that what works one time, may not work another.  What works for one person may not work for the next person.  What dosage of a med. works for one person needs to be upped...or lowered,  for another.

Usually...(I say that carefully)  if you have been PF for 3 weeks, you can, sort of,  start to celebrate. 

I wish for you to be  PF forever, but knowing this condition as well as I do, please, when your cycle comes to an end...stockpile everything you need for the next time.  02 tanks, Trex, whatever you are using.  Save it.

You're not alone in your behavior. I sat in the dark, sometimes with the kitchen window open in January and hoping for complete silence. I wanted nothing to do with anything world had to offer until the end.

Same for me can't stand anything, just want to roll round on the floor on my own till it goes, i get an odd mixture some mild attacks and some real bad ones, but i can't remeber them getting worse before they get better, i'll have to make a mental note to try and work out if they do get worse

Mine will come in likw a Lion and out like a lamb. 3 weeks before I think about a beer or a celabration.
