Title: LOOK OUT WORLD I'M BACK
Post by RasIbo on Nov 24th, 2010 at 5:00pm
Hi,
Spent 25 years with this condition, soldiering through each attack with no idea what it was or what to do about it. Allowing it to wreck my life in order to be fairly pain free; which is a complex process. Was only diagnosed last year and that eventually lead me here because I haven't been on the computer long either. With the help I received here it feels like I have this thing beat already.

Would never of guessed that a simple thing I have been avoiding at the advice of doctors would turn out to be so beneficial; didn't even get to finish the coffee I made myself this morning before it aborted the attack that dragged me out of bed. The twisted muscle group in my neck has relaxed for the first time in weeks and I'm rushing around making plans for my future that will start where I left off 25 years ago; with 80s revival dances.

Blessings
Tony & family

He PM'ed me Jimi, the strong coffee! ;) That's such great news Ras. I'd still get some energy drinks to have on hand, the taurine in them seems to supercharge the caffeine effect, just in case the caffeine starts to lose its edge.

Hi, Jimi, Joe,
Been quite busy, just a small amount of coffee has such a long lasting affect. With a stimulant like coffee I will definitely be using the boosters.

Heard that Niacin will even help with nicotine withdrawal; two birds with one stone. Lithium is said to have a really beneficial vibration (vibes man; love it) which scientist can now measure, apparently.
