Hi everyone, its been a while (about 1 yr) since i posted last (i did visit :-[ honest) but with one thing and another i just didnt get the time for wich im sorry :-[

for those of you who dont know me and some who have forgoten me and the rest who dont give a crap my name is mark. Im a brit living in germany and been diagnosed with CH for 1 1/2 yrs now. 2009 was a reall scream started cycle in March and ended on X-Mass eve however this year has been relativelly mild (although im in cycle now >:() for wich im gratefull.

I just wanted to pop in and say hello and that i will try and be a bit more active in the coming year you guys certainly sorted me out last year for wich i will always be thankfull.
anyway enough rambling im sending out a years supply of pf thoughts and my best wishes to everyone for the coming christmas and a happy start into the new year

I guess I'm a don't know. Not often a forgetter, recall a McGee, and occasionally a crap's been given, ok maybe tossed somewhere.
