Hello I am Blake Johnston and I live in New Zealand.
I have healed my extreme suicide headaches.

Okay so I believe this and it is so far working for people after you all started dissing me and I respect all of your honest opinions about me.
But that being said I believe this has started to work for people.


Rub from your bottom jaw (Around the back, and underneath behind and below your ear on the effected side)


Move all of the bad energy up.
Move it up all from the bottom to the top.
Then rub all of that into your temple,
I have a special spot that I can rub it against and it clicks.
It worked for me.

I done this on a few mushroom trips and acid.

Then when I came off them I felt a lot better as if I had improved.

I done this so that I only needed weed to do it.

And then I didn't need it after done it for a week without weed.

Okay I hope that doesn't offend any of you at all.

I don't know if you guys know what your third eye is but it is your pineal gland responsible for thoughts and it is infront of your hypothalamus
I it is why some Hindu people may have a spot between  eyes.
I feel like I could just meditate and do anything.

I think a lot too, that's how I came up with this.
I think that mushrooms have made me smart.

I feel l like I can fly now. And also hypothalamus functions for emotion, I feel extremely happy.

All of you try and stop jaw clenching so much.
Stop using your jaw muscles as much, eat soft food.
Also massage from your shoulders up to your neck. This is all stress.


I have gone through a lot of personal and physical stress in my life and I believe that so have a lot of suicide headache sufferers.

People tend to release this with jaw clenching.
This is what I believe.


You will release emotional stress by jaw clenching.
This Jaw clenching creates physical stress in your jaws.
I believe that I have located a type of fluid like stuff that runs up my neck and exits through my temple and out my 7th chakra (or turns into good energy inside my brain).

For us suicide headache sufferers, we tend to bite down a lot more on one side of our mouth or/and use more of one side of our brains. I believe this is all connected.

On the side that you get your headaches, the stress of your lifetime has built up and it needs to be released.
If do you what I say and massage from the bottom to the top in ever nook and cranny, you will get rid of all of the stress.

I have a special spot on my temple (you may too) and now it is a little hole thing because I have no stress anymore.
I just massage my head a tiny bit every day in the one spot, and will do one all over jaw/temple massage every month.

It has taken me over 4 months, At the start it was hard, I had to press the muscles hard and I think most people will not even get passed this point. All around my temple I had to press very hard. It hurt a lot. From the bottom of my jaw, I drew energy out all the way to my temple on the right side where I suffer. I had to rub it extremely hard and make all of the energy click against my temples, but now over the last couple of days it is a lot harder to make the clicking noise and man I will tell you that I feel great. I am only 17, I have a lazy left eye which I believe doesn't help I believe that I have done a lot of research okay, And apparently %40 of the jaw muscles around the temporomandibular joint are connected to the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus is connect to emotions etc and that is the same part of your brain that psychedelics bind to. Based on what I know, Eastern philosophy states that all disease is caused from stress which causes inflammation in the body and leads to disease. I don't know about other CH but I have been through a lot of stress in my life, and I think it all built up around the side of my head. At first it felt like I was doing nothing, I had to rub my knuckles against my right temple clockwise extremely hard for months, then press my knuckles against my bottom Jaw muscles for months. I felt like I was doing something. When I done this when I took acid the first time (4 tabs, great trip) I heard noises of what I can only describe as energy being released. It felt so good and I even felt like I was using more of my brain, like how mushrooms and acid do do but even more enhanced. I kept doing this even when straight, being stoned helped a bit. Then the next 2 times that I was on mushrooms I tried it again, I massaged the complete shit out of the right side of my head - all of the muscles, and I heard some really crappity smacked up noises like my brain was farting. I'm being serious, my brain was farting. It had never felt so good, all of this energy finally being released. I believe during a CH your brain is trying to release this stuff. I have found out that I can release it. Right now I feel so good, my inside brain and all feels like is has been scrubbed clean - I liken it to being on acid/shrooms without hallucinations. I am telling you all that I suffered bad, I already have a lazy left eye and I believe that this didn't help seeing as how you get a droopy eye during a headache, my right eye would like and my right nostril would close completely. I have done my research and the muscles around your face are connected to your eyes, ears and nose. I even heard air coming out of my airs, I can hear better now. After about 4 months of intense massage now I believe that I am coming to the end of my headaches. I believe that the reason people have 3 month cycles is because something to do with the changing of seasons. I believe that they are in sync with CH's. I believe most people will choose to believe that I do not suffer from CH and you cannot cure like this. I believe that I was lucky enough to do this to my jaw muscles before they had turned into impenetrable rocks that couldn't be massaged, which I believe is what would have happened. I believe anyone, can do this. Use psychedelics. Eat some mushrooms or take acid and feel all of the muscles surrounding your ears. Feel how tense they are? Which side do you get your headaches? Your headaches will be the side that had the most muscle inflammation. It will take a long time to squeeze all of that shit out, and when you are coming off the mushrooms you will feel it all start to come back, but some of it stayed and you will feel better. Keep doing this and eventually you will be able to do it without the use of psychedelics (don't stop taking them though we all no that psychedelics are good for your mind) Anyway, I have done my research as a desperate sufferer over the years and I also believe it to be genetic. My grandmother on my mothers side claims to be a CH sufferer. Anyway, rub the shit out of all the muscles in your face when your tripping. All of these muscles are connected to your hypothalamus, which is the same part of your brain that they are believing to be responsible for suicide headaches. Rub from the bottom of your jaw up, I had massive bubbles of fluid moving up my head, I would spend 20 minutes rubbing my muscles below and behind my two sets of teeth. Then there would be a massive sore bubbly of fluid below my temple, I would then rub that upward and it would move directly to my temple in which I would rub it extremely as hard as I can (and I'm touch) against a part of my temple that it clicked against and for a long time (months I done this) until eventually I felt an enormous decrease, and I believe that I am done. So far I haven't had one in weeks! You might notice at the start they get a lot less bad, Then you will wake up to small ones that last only 10 minutes every morning, Then you keep getting all of the stuff out of the muscles in your jaw, when it is all gone I even believe that you have more oxygen supplied to your brain. I wouldn't be surprised if this is why oxygen treatment works and this is why I have heard oxygen like noises coming from inside my head. I have never felt so great in my life I feel alive, and balanced. You guys don't know that even when you guys don't have a headache they are effecting you, and when you complete my treatment (if anyone bothers to listen to me) you will see that the human body is supposed to live in pleasure, all the time, high or not. It's just that these headaches can crappity smack us up bad. I believe that when we get stressed, we jaw clench. AKA we bite down hard. When we do this, over years of biting extremely hard, we release too much emotional stress into physical stress in our jaw muscles which results in headaches. I believe that a major contributing factor is eating on one side of your mouth, if you do this for too long it will first give you a temporomandibular joint disorder which untreated I believe will make the muscles above the tempormandibular joint become inflamed also, and start releasing the physical stress as headaches. I want to right this in a way that doesn't bore people so I can get you all to trust me and do it, because I am sure that I have found a cure. I honestly am. If these muscles also connect to your hypothalamus which science is trying to say that cluster headaches come from, then  what I am saying does make sense. And I am telling you that this stuff literally moves upward into your brain because I have to literally move bubbles from the bottom of my face to the top like a soft parasitic slug underneath my skin, then you have to rub it all really hard against the exact dip which is your temple. If you can make the bubble make a clicking noise against this part of your temple, you should feel that it hurts but also feels good. Do this for a long time, all you can on the effected side until like I feel today - extremely happy and tranquil. Remember the hypothalamus is connected to emotion? I thought I was a happy person after I defeated personal emotional problems that I was going through, but apparently your body still stores them as stress which ends up as inflammation. And if you release stress through jaw clenching, and you unknowingly clench on one side more than the other (even a tiny bit) this stress will slowly build up on one side of your head and all of the muscles on that side of your head will become inflamed. I believe, that eventually, this continuous cycle of biting and releasing stress into first your bottom facial muscles starts spreading, there becomes no more room for the stress/inflammation (literally it's like some kind of liquid bad energy shit) there becomes no more room for the stress and it starts to build up in your temples, eventually it will make you start getting headaches that will, (I believe) turn into suicide headaches on the side of your head that you bite down hardest on. Glad you found something that works for you.  I'm pretty sure that during a cycle I spend weeks if not months massaging my temple too!!!    Wouldn't call it a 'cure' tho'.

Um, I know I usually take the teens but I think this one I'll let alone, at least for the most part. I will say this though:
Blake, sweety, just because it worked for you THIS time, doesn't mean you are cured. You could just be in remission. Also, you need to get diagnosed for real. Like, by a nerologist. I've been playing with this animal since I was 7. I watched it tear my father apart. Yes there's a chance I could get it. But CH is not necessarily genetic. So here's my advice, get yourself to a nero, get off the weed, and get a humility check. Its ok to say you don't know or that you're scared.

As I said, I don't think people are going to believe me but I tried to help. I hope I help some people. I believe this to be a cure because of how great I feel. I have had these headaches since a child and they have only gotten worse. I believe that because I already had a lazy eye mine were unnaturally worse than probably a lot of your guys headaches because if you really had headaches as bad as I did it would make you appreciate life when you haven't got one enough to respect someone elses opinion who is only trying to help people out with something that he believes to work.

As for the book signing, even though that was probably sarcasm as long people eventually try this and nobody steals my credit I will probably be signing a lot of books.

I believe most of you don't even know how to understand me, I was stoned last night and probably could have wrote it all a lot better but it's hard for you all to keep up with me because I write really long sentences that probably just go over all of your heads.

I don't need mushrooms to do this now, at the start I did but then I started taking less whilst I done more massage, untill all I needed was weed not mushrooms to get my temple relaxed and now I can do it when I am straight.

don't judge me because I want to help people who may be suffering from the same amount of pain as me, I have had my fingers crushed underneath a concrete pole untill they burst like tomatoes and released blood under the pressure, and that is nowhere near the pain that I used to feel on one the right side of my head with every symptom pointing to suicide headache, and you want me to get another diagnosis with no money in the country I'm at the doctors are so shit they just tell me to stop smoking weed.

Anyway, I have to go. I hope you all listen to me when I say that you might have to start this on mushrooms but eventually you won't have to use any drugs at all.

;D  ahhh that's why.....    It's all becomming so much clearer to me.  I will inform my partner tonight - I'm sure he'll be relieved to hear there is a medical reason for my quirkiness  ;)

Joeseppi...you ALWAYS crack me up...and there's a story behind that "redneck look"...

That there hat was given to me by a dear colleague and friend...who taught me more about the fish business than any book larnin' EVER did....he's gone now.... but never forgotten.

The irony...his nickname was "Redneck"...cuz he looked like one, but never acted like. Many a time we were the only "white folk" in the entire facility among a crew of 75. He was beloved, and we used to joke about who was the "minority" now...

I wear that hat in his honor...and damn proud to do so.....

I have gone through a lot of personal and physical stress in my life and I believe that so have a lot of suicide headache sufferers.

People tend to release this with jaw clenching.
This is what I believe.


You will release emotional stress by jaw clenching.
This Jaw clenching creates physical stress in your jaws.
I believe that I have located a type of fluid like stuff that runs up my neck and exits through my temple and out my 7th chakra (or turns into good energy inside my brain).

For us suicide headache sufferers, we tend to bite down a lot more on one side of our mouth or/and use more of one side of our brains. I believe this is all connected.

On the side that you get your headaches, the stress of your lifetime has built up and it needs to be released.
If do you what I say and massage from the bottom to the top in ever nook and cranny, you will get rid of all of the stress.

I have a special spot on my temple (you may too) and now it is a little hole thing because I have no stress anymore.
I just massage my head a tiny bit every day in the one spot, and will do one all over jaw/temple massage every month.

I am pleased with the restraint this board has shown with you Blake. I'm a 32 year CH sufferer, and still a rookie compared to many on this board. We have a combined tens of thousands of years experience treating and dealing with CH. So imagine our suprise when a 17 year old stoner, on some sort of supervised released program for his criminal behaviour, tells us how stupid we've all been when you have an instant cure for us all.

Back off son, this will come as a painful surpise for you, in 17 years of living, you actually haven't learned all that much about CH, or life in general. Take a deep breath, stop with your long, rambling posts, and start reading and learning about CH. If that is what you are suffering from, it is a life long condition. There is no cure except for death. You will need to educate yourself in treatment options to maintain any kind of quality of life. Wishing you peace and some pain free time soon.

Blake, if you're reading this, and you truly do suffer from CH, continue to read this board. You will not find a more comprehensive repository of information on the treatments for CH ANYWHERE. If you're like many of us, they start fairly mild in the teen years, by the early 20's you'll understand what a KIP10 is. It's seriously bad stuff. That's when the information contained in these boards can literally save your life.

Yeah, he is self-diagnosed, and what he has learned about CH has been what he's read here and on other websites.

And, yeah, he's stoned.  He's also only 17.

When he's in his 30's, 40's 50's, and still suffers from CH let this place be the place he comes back to for help. 

Let's thank him for relating his experience and his "cure", politely tell him why we don't think his methods are a true cure, but keep the door open to him so he can come back and ask questions when he learns that his cure isn't a cure.

We are adults.  He is 17.  We should be better than this.

Yes Sandy I agree. I was 17 once and knew way more than I know now at 51 LMAO ;D but I also played with some recreational srooms back then also. I remember I had some bad headaches back then but nothing like what they are now.
I still believe I might have altered or killed the cycles doing srooms, don't know, but this is something I truly believe might have happened to me, so maybe the same is happening with Blake? :-/

Don't worry Sandy....He is still around. He is over on clusterbusters spreading his rhetoric. He now claims to be a healer. In fact he posted over there within the last 10 minutes.

With having a teenager currently in the house, I can honestly say that sometimes the gentle approach doesn't work well and you have to "take away his keys", so to speak.

Blake's keys were taken away and now he suffers the logical consequences.

With a hubby who has suffered this dreaded affliction for over 20 years and being his advocate every step of the way, I feel compassion and will help anyone I can in any way I can.  However while this kid is 17, or at least claims to be..who knows it's the internet, he lost any credibility when saying he was stoned and likes to "trip" all while throwing insults and threats to us while claiming a cure.  I sat back and watched the board and giggled along with everyone else.  I didn't post until he crossed the line in my book...which was to start asking for a donation.  At that point he was free game in my book whether he's 17 or 70.  Anyone who wants to take advantage, especially financially, of those that are vulnerable are just asking for it and deserve any wrath or ridicule they have set themselves up for. 

Those that are ill seeking a "cure" whether it's cancer or CH, and especially senior citizens are an extremely vulnerable population.  And if I were a betting person, I'd guess he doesn't even have CH but is just a lurker/scammer on the internet trying to make a buck for his next fix.  In his own admission, he's obviously been in trouble with the law before and it appears given a second chance.  Instead of taking advantage of the second chance and bettering himself by getting a job or furthering his education, he chooses to take the wrong path.  That's his choice, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna sit back and watch him try to take advantage, scare, or threatened any member of this family without giving my two cents to his needed departure.  jmo

OK, I'll take back what I said.  I just hate to see anyone, no matter how old or young, smart or stupid have the doors to this site closed to them.

I'm also sure that he is high on drugs.  If he really is only 17, someday he might grow up to find out that he really does have CH.  I would hope that should this happen, he will remember this site as being one where he got truthful answers from fellow sufferers and come back here for help.

One advantage that some of us here have is that we've met each other in person. We know that we are who we say we are.

Most trolls who are looking for money are not who they say they are.

Just so we're clear, Blake's profile was removed for a specific reason--and the reason was his post in the link above.

Saying something like this in a thread where people are only trying to help their child is unacceptable in my book--and my fellow mods agreed. 

Sure he's seventeen.  But seventeen-year-old's are accountable for their actions, and actions have consequences.

None of us bears this young man any animus.  I think I may speak for all of us by saying that he's welcome to return as far as we're concerned--provided that DJ agrees.  And DJ is the one he'll have to talk to.

Blake (aka the mushroom) was right about one thing--these headaches do "crappity smack you up bad".
It is impossible to tell if he actually suffers from CH but if he does I hope he continues to read b/c that cure was not much of a cure.

Ah poor Blake even though he is a little(lot) misguided(this is old news and does not work,maybe in his zone) and suggesting things that are not for everyone to try.... out of desperation..And although he sounds like the poster child for not doing drugs..He and your reactions supplied me with Numerous chuckles and a couple of hard out loud laughs that i very much needed.
We need more laughter so thanks to Blake...and you all for the  giggles!!

I have to agree there!  Have been having a HELL of a time with my head, really appreciated the laugh out loud moments, even a few tears.  You guys are all fantastic!!     What a wonderful bunch of people we have here  :)

I think the world was lucky in one sense that there are only two headache forums. Mushroom's original post, later heavily edited but preserved in others' quotes, set my teeth on edge. I doubt I have actually read all of it yet. Sorry, but I found nothing in it at all funny. The kid was placed in the "care" of his grandparents - says not too much for his parents.

Is it just me being the huge skeptic I am or did anyone else not buy a bit of that "kids" story? I just felt jerked around by the whole thing and thought that there are some seriously twisted bored folks in the world. And I saw that response to Erik's parents as absolutley unforgivable. That took it way past any acceptable craziness. I'm impressed by everyone's patience, I really am.

My gut instinct was that the whole thing was made up from beginning to end--in other words that ALL information contained in it was false beginning with the writer's identity.  Just someone being a wise guy.

I do admit that I did sleep very little last night (thanks, ch),I had shadows before I came to read the board,I was bit angry at my friends (for not telling me that they decided to meet each other instead of coming to visit me like planned) and I was bit upset because my mother (a way too long story!), but still... I don't think I have laughed this much in ages and I watch stand up comedy series regularly and had a blast last night watching the gowns at President's Independence Day reception.

And Sandy, when I was 17, I wasn't anything like that at all. My father's cancer and then his death cast a dark shadow over that year, and it took me a long time to recover. I have never thought that I'd know everything; in fact, I've always been aware how little one does comprehend in the end. Aguess some teenage rebellion would have done some good; my mother STILL tries to rule my life. ::)
