SUFFERERS IN THE UNITED STATES: USE, EFFICACY AND ECONOMICS (The United
States Cluster Headache Survey).
Authors are Todd D Rozen MD, Geisinger Specialty Clinic and Department of
Neurology, and, (myself) Royce S. Fishman, formerly a Director in Business
Development with Linde Healthcare and now a medical business consultant.
It will appear in an upcoming hardcopy issue of the bi monthly journal.
Despite my being let go by Linde in 2009 as part of a large scale layoff,
I worked on this article with Dr. Rozen at no charge/without Linde's
involvement, as I felt it was important to get this information published
so that cluster headache sufferer community would benefit from and be able
to use the data with CMS and other insurers to support better
reimbursement coverage for Oxygen therapy, and, to help educate their
physicians about oxygen therapy.
