I'm posting a link to s speech delivered by Lt. Gen. John Kelly four days after his son was killed in Afghanistan as a platoon leader with 3/5 Marines. It will be the best 10 minute read you will find in the media today.

I can see why you're proud to have your sons serve under officers like this and with fellow marines like the ones who gave their lives so that others might live.
