Just like I was lucky to find an awesome HA doc, I was also lucky to find an awesome ENT for my bloody nose issue. Met her yesterday, she thoroughly examined me, told me that I need to 'rest my nose' so to speak. no heavy lifting, exerting, no flying, no bending over, etc. I have some creams, sprays, antibiotics, etc. So that part is done. The contrary part to all this is that, being in a cycle, I NEED to exert myself, I need to run and cycle and make myself go nuts to work off the excess the excess energy from the CH. Also, the CH makes my blood pressure rise at times when I get excited and a bit "manic" which affects my nose. Ugh. Well, the upside is, I don't have to travel for work until the new year. Of course, after the few weeks of nasal-respite are up, I'll be ready to run an ultra-marathon!! So, i think I broke the record and found TWO great doctors inside of one year (I also have a great gastro for my celiac disease, but luckily don't have to see him much, as I control the celiac through diet and have been diagnosed for over 10 years).

I'm always tickled to find doctors who will sit down, cross their legs, wait for me to talk and then LISTEN to me! Worth their weight in gold aren't they? ;)

Your nose can do all that? No wonder it started bleeding!
