Tis the season of blessings and I finally feel confident enough to breathe a sigh of relief and say mine out loud.  HUBBY IS FINALLY OUT OF CYCLE!!   He's been off all meds for a few weeks and while he's still hitting the O2 a couple times a week for shadows, it's been quite some time since the beast brought him to his knees..(fingers crossed).

What would I have done without all of you?  I can't imagine.  While this has been the longest cycle, we were given so much more new information in order to battle it.  I am so thankful that I found this site and all of you.  You made this cycle less scary because I knew I could come here anytime and no question was too dumb to ask lol.  I always got great feedback, help, compassion, and yes we CAN laugh through our pain. 

Wishing you all PFD&N and hoping to pay forward all the kindness that was given to me.  Sincere and heartful thanks to everyone.   :)

Wonderful news!  Merry Christmas to the both of you!

I do hope you will stay around and help out while out of cycle.  You can be a real encouragement to newbies (and some of us old farts too), plus keep up to date on developments.

I think it would  nice if all of us were to post what our blessings were this year.


Here are mine:

None of my children are incarcerated.
All of my children are healthy.
I've got a new granddaughter I'm about to see for the 1st. time in a week or so.
My headaches for the 1st. time since 1987 have been very laid back.
I've got enough to eat and a soft bed to sleep in every night with a roof over my head.
I've moved to a city where 2 of the best people in the world live and they are my friends.

And I have all of you guys.  Those I've met and those I hope to meet in the future. 

Here's mine:

I still have Joe despite his bumps and bruises this year.
Joe's been painfree for a few months.
We have health insurance.
We have a new son (in law) who we love very much.
Our children graduated college and have careers.
Joe is happily retired.
I am happily employed.
And I have all of you.
And for family, taking the bad with the good.

My Children are healthy and happy.
My Dad is healthy (for his age) and happy.
I am healthy (apart from friggin CH) and happy.
I am employed with health ins. (taking neither for granted)
I have and give all the love I can to my family and they give it back.  (Including my CH family here.)
I met in person my first fellow CH'er. (Thank you Pete for my 1st ever CH'er hug.)
Despite all of lifes hardships I still have my sanity and a wicked sense of humor. (Which I share regularly and sometimes gets me in trouble  [smiley=bigtiny.gif] )

I have many blessings and am grateful for them all!
