Where do i start??? well hello everyone. hope y'all are doing well. im still clean......5 months and counting. and with that the Fucking beast is back. i thought 21 years of this Shit was long enough but i guess Im Fucked for life. Ive got a good job, president of my oxford house and Im clean. i thought that a lot of the headaches were related to my hard core drug use. well i was wrong! Im getting 4 hits a day and it sucks!!!! i pray to God that Im not in a cycle!!!!! Im sure i'll be back very soon. until then.......

I think it just is what it is, and it does what it does, Chris, no matter what we're doing with our lives.

allot of the headaches were related to all the pot u smoked. pot is a sure fire trigger. try the clusterbusters method. ;)

All kinds of distractions will come at you in these early stages of coming clean...and all of them will have their own temptation to "medicate" away the feelings they generate. Feel the feelings and counter productively...stay clean...fight the beast...keep your support network strong including contact on this site. Congrats on 5 months clean! That is an accomplishment in itself that will improve your quality of life CH or no CH. Three recommendations, 1)O2 at alt least 25 lpm. 2) O2 at at least 25 lpm, and 3) if the first two don't work, )2 at higher flow rates and follow Batch'es recommendations for ph balance.
