Title: No Headaches?
Post by Marcus J on Dec 29th, 2010 at 3:20pm
I'm new to CH.com. Usually by now I am in the middle of headache season. This year I have not had 1 headache to this day. Has anyone else experienced this? My headache season usually runs from approx. December 21st (solstice) to mid to late February. Imitrex works great for me and because of this web site I now stretch my dose from 1 dose to 2 doses. Is it common to go a season without headaches?

Even without any type of prevents it is possible to skip cycles.  Stay prepared though.  I hate to be a pessimist but the next headache could be just around the corner.  I always try to remember that and keep my arsenal full!

Wishing you many, many more pf days ahead!

What Jeannie said. It's very common for the beast to morph his patterns, just about the time you've slipped into a comfortable pattern of cycles! Enjoy your pain free times, live life to the fullest........and ALWAYS be ready to do battle! ;)

Not in the big leagues with Potter (yet), but 210 days pain-free. The start of my cycles had no rhyme or reason, and would last anywhere from 9 to 18 months, getting hit an average of 3-4 times per day. So far that's all in the past, though.
