Lots of new posts, same ole story. I hate these headaches and what they do.
Lets support these folks too. I know, I'm just sayin. ;)

It is a good idea to go there periodically and email the ones who leave an addy. Some of them end up here, and some don't, but it is still good to support as you said.

Absolutely (good reminder)

The Family Services Team from OUCH tries to make contact these folks if they leave e-mails and such. Sometimes we get a relationship going and sometimes we don't hear a word back. Gotta keep reaching out...

Yep...I check the guest book about every other day and if it seems like someone really id desperate for help I e-mail them. Like Jackie said though, a LOT of them never respond. At least we reached out to help.

Well good job johnny.!! ;D ;D As Linda said many dont respond, however I know of a few that were in a bad way and we had a positive impact because of outreach.I think it's a timing thing. :-/

I, for one, want to extend my most sincere and heartfelt thanks to the Family Services Team.

They kind of stay behind the scene but are constantly checking the guestbook, posts, etc and contacting people who need help. They provide information, contacts to physicians in their area, and most importantly an ear and a shoulder.

They do reach out.
