Hi folks!!

It's been awhile since I've logged in as I've been PF for 3.5 yrs now!! WOOHOO!!!! I only had one other break in my early thirties of 2.5 yrs, thought they were over but I was wrong.

AAAAAnyway,lol....I've met someone who was recently diagnosed and she needs that form that explains cluster to your employer. I've searched my old stuff, the board, etc but can't find it. I remember it was a little tough to find but could someone please link me if you know where it is?

Great to hear you're PF after 3 and a half years!

The letter is perfect, although in my case I found that most people didn't read the letter (including my boss!) Most people still think I have have migraines (and tell me loads of 'cures') after 18 months and I am tired of explaining lol! :)
