Title: Daylight savings time and seasons changing
Post by bostondawn on Feb 9th, 2011 at 7:49pm
Does anyone here notice that daylight savings time effects thier clusters? I find that my cycles "usually" begin and/or end around the changes in the clock for daylight savings.

My current cycle began just about Nov 7-8 and I believe that was when the clocks got turned back ...

Any thoughts on this or how about when the seasons change and I mean the exact day of the solstise or the equinox whether summer, fall, winter or spring ...

Prior to my 40's I was a spring and fall person, 2 cycles a year, fairly close to the time change but by no means spot on. In my 40's they went all over the place!

Hi,

I find that this cyle I am all over the place (in my 50's) but in my 40's they were always on target -- I knew on June 21 or Sept 21 or Dec 21 or March 21 the episode was either going to being or end...and if not then the same could be said for daylight savings day ...

I guess I am grasping at straws here trying to figure out when this damn cycle will end -- 13 weeks now and counting...
