Title: Update on the latest treatments or preventatives?? Post by klbcfi on Mar 9th, 2011 at 11:06pm
Sorry that I'm generally only on here when I'm in a cycle - been coming here for many years - about every 18 months. In any case, I have a giant liquid O2 tank by my bed - (which is my best friend now), an E tank at my office, a bunch of expired Imitrex and some precious Relpax (i buy from Canada - thanks Canadians). I have no preventatives. Sorry to ask such a basic question but I've been sorting through the boards and am a little overwhelmed. This cycle is the most intense ever and is hitting me two or three times a day and life sucks pretty bad right now. Is there anything obvious that I'm missing that I can do to get some relief (and a nights sleep)?

Take a look at the medications and treatments section, "123 pain free days and i think I know why." It's a recent development, I haven't had a chance to try it but it's getting a lot of positive responses, all OTC stuff available for fairly cheap.

And it sorta depends on how long you've been away. You already have the O2...is it at a high enough level for the most effective abort time? And are you aware of the energy drink (taurine/caffeine combos) which, when chugged at the first sign of a hit and coupled with high flow O2, helps the effectiveness of the O2 rather dramatically? Blessings. lance

Thanks Guiseppi - Vitamin D3 and upping my daily fish oil - I'll get that started today. Thanks for the lead.
