Hope all is well with everyone, trying the Omega 3 and D3 this morning, also I wonder what Old Timer means, I guess I'm an Old Timer, thought I be an Alum by now, tons of my friends still on here, it's been a while I figured it would be all new folks

Jackie, how the hell are you, I miss you and Blake, hope everything is good. I think about you guys sorry I haven't been around for a while.

Linda, I know I had at least one cycle that I'm not sure I would have made it through without you, Thanks wouldn't be enough.

I'm a little drunk right now and my head is good I think this time it might be because of Batch.
