Everyone always has to post bad news here (me included). I thought it would be great to read some good stuff once in a while. My cycle is ending (including my annoying daily/daytime migraines). I have lost 37 pounds through the wonderment of constant exercise due to the need to increase my oxygen uptake from my CH (lots of running and cycling). As a result, I sleep better, my HA's seem better, and I feel all-around a lot better. Of course, I'm on 200mg of Topamax, which I have begun to taper as of yesterday, which is another good piece of news, as I can finally come out of this stupor that it seems to keep me in 24 hours a day. Anyway, just thought I'd share, and hope you all can enjoy some good spring weather and that your CH goes into hiding for the spring and summer until the next dark times of autumn.

That's great news indeed, Mike!  Here's hoping that you have a long remission, wait! better yet, here's hoping you're never bothered again by the beast!

So glad to hear that another cluster is entering the world of PF days and nights.  I have been back in remission since the end of January and my body is just getting back to normal.

I am tapered down to 125mg nightly of Topamax. the fog is lifting, so I can't complain. Anxious to get the air to clear and see how the headaches fare, and to see if the migraines start up.
