I hit 100mg of Topamax, and the shadows started, as did the daily migraines. I spoke to the doc, who indicated maintaining 100mg for the foreseeable future was advisable. The migraines seem to be more reactive to the lousy spring weather and short-lived, and the shadows aren't bad, so I'm hoping that the 100mg is enough. at least it's not keeping my drugged all the time like 200mg was doing.
