Hello my fellow CLUSTER sufferers.
My name is erik foss and i live in new york city.
I am truly afflicted with Cluster Headaches.
i am a 38 year male and have been getting these headaches for 12-13 years.
if you truly suffer from these insane headaches than pay attention.
abought 4 years ago i went to a doctor pall of mine with hopes he could help me with this rare and unique headache.
the second he heard i suffer from Clusters he got very excited and told me he had only heard of them.
this man at that time just graduated from Columbia University top of his class in New York City.
while at Columbia he befriended some of the best doctors in the world.
as i was sitting in his office he called a close friend and old teacher at Columbia.
The doctor he contacted was and still is the head of brain medicine and a teacher at Columbia.
immediately the brain doctor suggested breathing medical grade oxygen from a tank/mask.
i then took the advice , found a talk , and had it filled at a local welder in New York City.
that night like clock work i got an attack at around 4 am.
i turned the tank on and breathed deeply for about 10 minutes.
mind you my Clusters would last hours.
and sitting under a hot shower in complete darkness was my only relief.
well that day i found a miracle.
the headache completely dissipated after breathing the oxygen.
if you have these monstrous headaches wait no longer.
do what i did and you will find the relief you are looking for.
Oxygen is cheap , almost harmless , and the answer.
please take this advice and stop taking damaging , toxic pain relievers.
this oxygen as explained by my doc. is the brain being tricked by flooding the head with oxygen.
the body instinctively opens all capillaries when feeling too much oxygen in the body.
its pretty much the same as taking antibio-tics.
