hello to all of those who know the crazyness, this thing called cluster means.i have been having attacks for going on 1 month. it has been 7 wonderful years that the devils have been asleep. or demons as i refer to them.the last 2 have been the ones that wake you up and its 2 late fo meds at that time.i dont know why but the last 2 have been the worst ever from cussing god,my wife,to breking some things after its over i feel so ashamed i can barely face her.i cry on my way to work because she does not deserve this .she says dont worry honey but we all know we do.at least like it says on your opneing page.i dont have to search for hours on the net now i have a place to talk about the pain and the shame i feel for the way i act during some of these attacks thank you all i would say it is nice to meet you all but i wish it was under nicer pretenses,thank you,edward palmer    i got rained out at work but im scared to take a nap

Glad that you found us clusterheads to chat with. Are you on any medications or other treatments? O2? If not, you should see the doctor or read about the alternative treatments in the medications/treatments section of this board. Trying some method could drastically reduce the number of attacks, severity, and make your mood much better. Read the "123 PF Days..." thread in medications and treatments, the D3 and Omega 3 regiment has worked for many and its cheap. Also look into 02, either from a doctor or through a welding supply co. Hey Freddy, sorry the Demon found you again, but you have come to the right place indeed.

Folks such as myself have found out about powerful ways to obtain relief thanks to info and advice found here, info and advice that unfortunately is rarely obtained from a doctor.

And when O2 is mentioned, we're not talking about the old, weak, fairly ineffective - but still widely prescribed method of O2 use that involves rebreather masks or canulas and low liter flows like 8-10 LPM. The way to administer O2 that is much more effective for most of us is detailed in the oxygen info link to the left.

So yeah, let us know what kinda meds/treatments you've tried so far, and let's look forward to some potential major upgrades to your beast (demon) killing arsenal.  8-)
