Because of the distance and mostly because of the stress this is putting on my partner, I have decided not to go to the Cleveland Clinic for treatment. I am however researching the Mayo Clinic in Arizona, Cedars Sinai, in L.A. and UCLA Medical Ctr. I'm hoping one of these will be able to offer some help. I need help desperately and my quality of life is zero on a scale of 1 - 10.

I know of a few that went through mayo in Az.
