After 23 yrs. of being chronic with an average of 5 hits a day, I can safely say I'm episodic now. About a yr. and a half ago the hits started becomming less and less frequent. I'm only getting hit every so often now and even though shadows are my constant companion...I think I'm cured and it's "party time" ;D

What a long ride it's been though. I pray this might give some hope to those who think these are never going to go away. I wouldn't have imagined they ever would either.

I'm really, really pleased for you Linda.

Having gone through a similar transition, although I wasn't chronic for so long, it's a huge change in your quality of life.
