I'm pf for 4 days and can hardly believe it! :D
I'm so happy but still cautious, because I'm afraid it could start any moment again.
Two days ago I had a faint stabbing and was yet again reminded that the Beast is still lurking somewhere.

I don't know what helped. I started taking Calcium Channel Blockers a week ago and two weeks ago I began with the Fishoil/Vitamin D3 treatment.

Pain Free is great news. :)Keep studying on the board, have several options at the ready. You're never sure exactly what put the beast in remission, and never sure when he'll be back. Enjoy the pain free time, always be ready to do battle!
